How Norvius works

Code calculates every figure

When you ask a question, Norvius turns it into a query and runs it on the data from the tools you connected. Every figure from your data that you see in an answer, a report or an alert comes from that calculation. When you ask about the wider market, such as industry benchmarks or competitors’ prices, Norvius looks it up on the web instead.

AI writes the words

An AI model, Claude by Anthropic, reads the results and writes the sentences around them: what you asked about, what stands out, and how the figures compare. It describes what your data shows. It doesn’t tell you what to do.

Where the law in your country asks for it, Norvius shows one short line under the words AI wrote, with a link to this page.

Your data and the AI

Anthropic doesn’t use your data to train its models when Norvius sends it through its API. Passwords, keys and other sign-in details for your tools are never sent to the AI. The Privacy Policy has the details.

Norvius in Slack and Microsoft Teams

• Norvius in Slack and Teams is the same AI assistant: Claude, by Anthropic, writes its answers, and code calculates every number from your data.
• Norvius reads the messages you send it, any Slack channels you connect to it, and the data from the tools you connected. It stores them with your workspace’s data, in the United States, and removes them when your Norvius workspace is deleted.
• Norvius doesn’t use your Slack or Teams data to train AI models, and Anthropic doesn’t either.
• Answers are written by AI, and AI can get things wrong. To report a wrong or harmful answer, email support@norvius.com.
