Terms of Service
Last updated: May 20, 2026
1. Service Description
Norvius (“the Service”) is an AI-powered data automation platform operated by Christian Pastor d/b/a Norvius (“we,” “us,” “our”). The Service allows you to connect your business tools (such as Shopify, QuickBooks, Google Sheets, and others), query your data using natural language, and create recurring automations that monitor and report on your business data.
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you become aware of unauthorized access, notify us immediately at notifications@norvius.com.
You may invite team members to your account. As the account owner, you are responsible for their use of the Service and compliance with these terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, the Service infrastructure, or connected third-party systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code, malware, or any harmful data.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
- Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Service to third parties without a written partner agreement.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Your Data
You retain full ownership of all data you connect to or import into the Service (“Your Data”). We do not claim ownership of Your Data. You grant us a limited license to access, process, and display Your Data solely to provide the Service to you.
The Service connects to your existing business tools via APIs and authorized integrations. We query, analyze, and transform Your Data as directed by your automations and natural language queries. We do not sell, share, or use Your Data for purposes other than providing the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect and process data from your third-party tools through the Service.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze data, generate reports, and surface insights. All AI-generated outputs are observational in nature. The Service presents what the data shows; it does not provide business, financial, legal, or professional advice.
AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or misinterpretations of your data. You should independently verify any AI-generated insights before making business decisions based on them. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on outputs from the Service.
6. Subscription and Billing
The Service is offered on a subscription basis with tiered pricing. Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) at the rate for your selected plan.
Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Changes apply at the start of your next billing cycle. A 14-day free trial is available on the Starter plan; no credit card is required to start a trial.
7. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of that period.
We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will not be charged again, but you will not receive a prorated refund for the remainder of the current period.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Norvius and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Norvius and its operator from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice within the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
