Data source limits are per workspace, shared by your entire team. When anyone on your team connects a data source like Shopify or Google Sheets, everyone on the team can query it. This means a Starter workspace with 3 team members shares 10 data source connections.
What are Power Packs?
If your team hits the AI chat ceiling mid-cycle, a one-time Power Pack adds 30% more capacity instantly. Available once per billing cycle: $25 on Starter, $50 on Pro, $100 on Business, $300 on Enterprise. Most teams never need one.
What does 'unlimited' mean?
There are no per-query charges, credit packs, or metered billing. Your subscription covers normal business use of every AI feature. If a workspace's usage significantly exceeds the pattern typical for its tier, the platform may temporarily route requests to a lighter (still highly capable) model rather than cutting you off. You are never charged overage fees and never lose access to any feature. Most workspaces operate well within their tier limits.
