What this means in practice

• ✓Google user data is used only to provide and improve the features you connected it for — reading the specific files, calendars, or reports you selected so Norvius can answer your questions and run your automations.
• ✓Google user data is never sold, rented, or traded, and is never used for advertising.
• ✓Google user data is never used to create, train, fine-tune, or improve any machine learning or artificial intelligence model — ours or anyone else's.
• ✓Google user data is not transferred to others except as necessary to provide or improve the features you use, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets — and in every case only with your consent where required.
• ✓No human at Norvius reads your Google user data, except where you give explicit permission (for example, to debug a problem you reported), where it is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, or where required by law.

How AI features work

Norvius uses third-party AI models to interpret your questions and generate the queries that run against your connected data. When a request requires it, the relevant data is sent to that provider solely to produce your answer. It is processed to serve your request and is not used by Norvius or by the provider to train or improve any model. OAuth tokens, API keys, and passwords are encrypted and are never included in any AI request.

Which Google data Norvius accesses

Norvius requests the narrowest access that lets a feature work, and only for the services you choose to connect:

• Google Sheets— per-file access to the specific spreadsheets you select through Google's own file chooser. Norvius cannot see any other file in your Drive.
• Google Calendar — read-only access to your calendars and their events, used to observe scheduling patterns and provide calendar-based automations.
• Google Analytics — read-only access to the analytics property you select, used to report on traffic and conversions.
• Google Ads — access to the ad accounts you connect, used to report on campaign performance.

You can disconnect any source at any time from your dashboard, which removes the stored data for that source. You can also revoke Norvius's access directly from your Google Account permissions page.
